Maintenance

Fujitec's Service

Fujitec’s Service Division is dedicated to service, maintain and repair lifts and escalators manufactured, installed or modernised by us. 

Network

We provide extensive after-sales service with our own call centre operating 24/7 for customers to reach us. Dedicated  service engineer is assigned to each customer to take care of their specific needs.

Maintenance Contracts

We offer 2 types of maintenance contracts:

  1. Comprehensive – this type of contract protects the customer by capping the cost of maintenance for all parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. It includes labour and spare parts. Majority of customers opt for this type of contract from the day the equipment is put into operation due to the ease of administering and managing the operational details of such contract.  Annually, the maintenance fee will need to be adjusted to take into consideration the rising cost from inflation and impacts of labour and material cost increases.

  2. Non-comprehensive – this is a servicing contract which includes labour for routine monthly maintenance service of the equipment and trouble shooting of faults. Repair and spare parts are excluded.  Annually, the maintenance fee will need to be adjusted to take into consideration the rising cost from inflation and labour wage adjustments.

In both types of contracts, we offer 24/7 emergency service.

Modernisation

Introduction to Modernisation

Modernisation extends the lease of life of an elevator. It is the process of improving elevator performance by transforming an old elevator into one equipped with the latest technology.

Advantages of Modernisation

Modernisation improves safety, reliability, and ride comfort of elevators. It enhances handling capacity, results in energy savings, and allows for antiquated microcomputer-controlled systems to be replaced with the high-performance systems to meet latest standards.
